The PM Lesson

Engineering had flagged this problem before. Nobody acted. The difference was reframing it from a technical debt item into a business risk with a cost - consultant downtime, project delays, go-live exposure. The same fix, with a business case attached, got stakeholder sign-off immediately. Product management is often about finding the frame that makes the right thing obvious.
